Job Description

As an Industrial Engineer, you will undertake analysis and design improvements for production processes to maximize efficiency. The role requires a blend of analytical skills and practical problem-solving to drive effectiveness across our operations.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement manufacturing processes and systems.
• Conduct feasibility studies for new equipment or technologies.
• Evaluate production workflows for efficiency gains.
• Produce comprehensive documentation for process changes.
• Facilitate training sessions for staff on new procedures.
• Support the development of project proposals for improvements.
• Work with suppliers to ensure compliance with engineering standards.
• Assist in project budgeting and resource allocation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or closely related field
• Advanced degree (Master’s preferred) in Engineering

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in process improvement
