Responsibilities

  • Lead healthcare administrative functions and ensure process optimization.
  • Supervise administrative staff and their daily objectives.
  • Develop and enforce policies to maintain compliance and enhance safety.
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers for patient care continuity.
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Facilitate internal communication between departments.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service contracts.
  • Schedule healthcare facility maintenance and ensure a safe environment.
  • Organize training programs for new administrative staff.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration is preferred

  • 5+ years of experience managing healthcare administration functions
