Job Description

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in IT support and administration, with a passion for troubleshooting and problem-solving. You will be the first point of contact for technical support, ensuring our systems run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to IT support tickets and provide timely resolutions.
  • Manage backups and recovery processes for critical systems.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members on technical projects.
  • Ensure data integrity and security across all platforms.
  • Provide training and resources to end-users for troubleshooting common issues.
  • Assist in evaluating and implementing new technologies in the organization.
  • Support mobile device management and user inquiries.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support role with a focus on end-user support
