Job Description

As a Supply Chain Manager, you will oversee the entire supply chain process from procurement to delivery. Your strategic mindset will be essential in optimizing operations, improving efficiencies, and managing supplier relationships to ensure a seamless flow of goods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire supply chain from end-to-end, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiencies and reduce costs.
• Manage vendor relationships to secure the best pricing and services.
• Work with IT teams to leverage technology in supply chain processes.
• Ensure timely delivery of products and responsiveness to customer demands.
• Identify and implement supply chain risk management strategies.
• Conduct supplier audits to assess compliance and performance.
• Develop training programs for supply chain staff and ensure continuous development.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Additional certifications in logistics preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain roles
