Job Description

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and document patient history and conditions.
• Work directly with patients to improve physical mobility through therapeutic exercises.
• Coordinate patient care with other health professionals for optimal results.
• Provide guidance on lifestyle changes and self-care strategies.
• Implement therapeutic interventions that support patient goals.
• Maintain open communication with patients about their treatment progress.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
• Participate in peer reviews and quality assurance measures.
• Develop and lead health education sessions for community groups.
• Continually assess the effectiveness of therapeutic programs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field
• Specialization certifications are a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in direct patient care

Certifications

• CPR and Advanced Life Support Certification
