Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Data Analyst who thrives in data-rich environments. In this role, you will focus on data collection, analysis, and visualization to inform business strategies. You will partner with team members to identify business needs, provide insights, and help guide decision-making through comprehensive data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead data analysis projects from conception to delivery.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements through data insights.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to identify data needs.
• Employ statistical techniques to assess data quality and trends.
• Contribute to research and development initiatives leveraging data.
• Document and present findings to executive leadership.
• Work with cross-functional teams to enhance reporting systems.
• Assist in training staff on data interpretation and utilization.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience

• Advanced Excel

Certifications

• Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate
