Job Description

As a Structural Engineer at our Bloemfontein location, you'll leverage your technical skills to design, evaluate, and adapt structures to meet various project requirements. Collaborating with other engineering professionals, you will ensure that all work adheres to industry standards and practices while addressing sustainability goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the structural design process from conception to completion.
• Assess structural integrity through simulations and analysis.
• Coordinate project efforts and facilitate effective communication among teams.
• Prepare cost estimates and resource allocations for projects.
• Engage with local authorities to secure necessary approvals.
• Explore sustainability options in materials and methods.
• Supervise field testing and evaluation of structural components.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Structural Engineering or related field
• Professional Engineer (PrEng) registration is a strong asset

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in structural engineering
