Responsibilities

• Conduct variance analysis for budget versus actual results.
• Assist in the evaluation of new accounting software.
• Train junior accounting staff and provide mentoring.
• Lead initiatives for compliance with relevant financial regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field
• Professional qualifications such as CIMA or ACCA preferred

Experience

• 4-6 years of relevant accounting experience
