Job Description

The Shift Supervisor will play a crucial role in managing daily operations in our production facility. This role includes ensuring productivity, maintaining quality standards, and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the production team and manage shift operations.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Encourage a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with management to optimize production schedules.
• Facilitate team meetings to communicate goals and objectives.
• Develop employee performance metrics and provide feedback.
• Assist in resolving any operational issues during shifts.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Engineering or related field is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing context.

Certifications

• Six Sigma Green Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent
