Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive technical documentation for various software products.
• Gather input from stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain version control and organization of documentation archives.
• Conduct interviews with product experts to gather necessary content.
• Implement feedback from users to improve documentation quality.
• Attend product launches to create timely documentation updates.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (English, Technical Communication, etc.)
• Postgraduate degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in technical writing and documentation processes
