Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be pivotal in maintaining the quality of our software products through rigorous testing processes, ensuring the delivery of flawless and reliable solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation.
• Log and track defects using the team’s issue tracking system.
• Work with team members to define quality standards and ensure compliance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting enhancements to processes.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior QA team members.
• Run automated tests and assist in the implementation of automated testing frameworks.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance

Technical Skills

• Manual Testing

Certifications

• ISTQB Certified Tester

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with performance testing tools: Familiarity with tools such as LoadRunner or JMeter.
