We are on the lookout for a skilled Glass Blower, Molder, Bender, and Finisher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining industrial blowers, ensuring that our production processes run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate should have experience in the manufacturing sector and be able to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Adjust machine settings for different production runs and products.
• Collaborate with quality control personnel to address any product defects.
• Rapidly adapt to changes in production schedules and team needs.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Assist in maintaining an inventory of supplies and components.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Certification in blow molding or relevant field (advantageous)

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years in industrial machinery operation in manufacturing.

Technical Skills

• Mechanical aptitude
• Knowledge of safety standards

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Communication skills

Languages

• English: Fluent
