Job Description

As a Pot Builder in our esteemed ceramics team, you will be responsible for crafting functional and artistic pots using various clay techniques. We seek creative and dedicated individuals with a passion for pottery and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality ceramic pots that meet customer demands and specifications.
• Work closely with a team of potters, painters, and decorators to enhance product quality.
• Ensure quality control of finished products, making necessary adjustments.
• Participate in training workshops for skill enhancement and new techniques.
• Assist in marketing efforts by showcasing ceramics products at exhibitions and fairs.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a Pottery or Ceramics course preferred

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in pottery or ceramics

Technical Skills

• Excellent hand-eye coordination
• Knowledge of pottery techniques

Soft Skills

• Creativity
• Teamwork
• Attention to detail

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in marketing and selling pottery pieces: Knowledgeable in promoting and selling ceramic products.
