Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. You will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and implementation of projects, ensuring adherence to goals, timelines, and budgets. Your leadership will be key to the success of our initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
• Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes.
• Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues that arise.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Deliver project on-time, within scope and budget.
• Develop project documentation and operational plans for future projects.
• Mentor and support project team members in their roles.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of project management experience within relevant sectors

Technical Skills

• Agile Methodologies
• Risk Management

Soft Skills

• Negotiation
• Problem Solving

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Agile Certification: Certified in Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Six Sigma Certification: Certification in Six Sigma methodologies is advantageous.
