We are looking for an enthusiastic Account Executive to join our growing team in Pretoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring excellent service delivery. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that align with our offerings.

Responsibilities

• Actively seek new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Assist clients in optimizing their use of our products.
• Facilitate communication between clients and the internal team for effective service delivery.
• Negotiate contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports.
• Participate in industry conferences and networking events to promote our brand.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our product offerings.
• Provide exceptional customer support and follow-up communication.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in account management or sales
