Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing schedules, and assisting with various clerical tasks. This role is essential for enhancing our operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Support the management team with various administrative tasks.
  • Assist in implementing organizational processes and procedures.
  • Take minutes during meetings and distribute them accordingly.
  • Provide customer support through email and phone.
  • Handle document management and filing systems.
  • Assist with event planning and team-building activities.
  • Perform general clerical duties, including copying and scanning.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric Certificate or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration is an advantage
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
