Job Description

We are seeking a Human Resources Manager with a passion for employee engagement and talent development to lead our HR team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in HR compliance, employee relations, and driving HR strategy within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement effective talent acquisition strategies.
  • Manage all aspects of employee onboarding and orientation.
  • Create training plans to address skill gaps and promote professional growth.
  • Assist in developing a competitive compensation and benefits structure.
  • Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.
  • Prepare and deliver HR-related training for management and employees.
  • Conduct workforce planning and analysis to meet business needs.
  • Adjust HR policies and procedures as required by legislation changes.
  • Establish feedback mechanisms to gauge employee satisfaction.
  • Support organizational change initiatives effectively.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus

  • 5+ years of experience in HR management
