UX Designer

Job Description

Looking for a passionate UX Designer to contribute to our design team. You will work closely with product managers and developers to create user-friendly interfaces while conducting usability studies to gather insights for enhancing our product's user experience. Responsibilities

• Lead user-centered design activities including user interviews, usability testing, and card sorting.
• Work with the development team to ensure the highest quality of design implementation.
• Create design specifications and style guides to maintain consistency across products.
• Iterate designs based on feedback from users and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design or a similar field

Technical Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite
• Figma

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
