Job Description

We're recruiting a training and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to manage our data analysis and reporting tasks. The successful candidate will help in identifying revenue opportunities and assessing company performance through robust analyses, assisting us in our goal of continuous improvement and investment in our services.

Responsibilities

• Craft detailed financial reports to communicate findings and insights
• Develop forecasts based on historical financial data and industry trends
• Support the preparation of budgets and financial plans
• Provide analytical support for new projects and operational initiatives
• Monitor daily financial transactions for accuracy and compliance
• Assist in audits by providing relevant financial documentation
• Prepare presentations for board meetings highlighting financial strategy
• Suggest process improvements for enhanced financial reporting

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, or a related field
• Master's degree in Finance or related field is preferred

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in financial analysis or corporate finance

Technical Skills

• Financial Analysis Techniques
• Statistical Software (e.g., R or SAS)

Soft Skills

Certifications

• Certified Management Accountant (CMA)
• Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
