You will be the first point of contact for our clients, handling their technical support queries and ensuring our IT systems run smoothly. Responsibilities

• Handle daily technical support operations with a focus on user satisfaction.
• Assist in the implementation of IT projects as required.
• Ensure all service desk incidents are logged and addressed efficiently.
• Contribute to service level agreements by meeting predefined targets.
• Promptly escalate issues to relevant teams for resolution.
• Provide feedback on support processes to foster continuous improvement.
• Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in IT Support or related area
• Higher education qualification is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in technical support

Technical Skills

• Mac OS
• Remote Support Tools

Soft Skills

• Customer Service
• Adaptability

Certifications

• CompTIA Network+ Certification
• ITIL Foundation Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles: Basic understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
• Experience with ticket tracking systems: Hands-on experience using ticketing systems for issue tracking.
