Job Description

As an Investment Banker, you will play a critical role in providing strategic advice, conducting financial analyses, and facilitating mergers or acquisitions. You will be expected to enhance client relationships and actively contribute to the growth of our investment banking division through your expertise.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on capital raising strategies and financial structuring.
• Support due diligence processes during transactions.
• Manage projects and client engagements throughout all phases.
• Conduct industry research and competitive analysis.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• MBA or relevant postgraduate degree preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in investment banking or financial advisory
