Job Description

As an E-commerce Manager, you will spearhead our digital sales initiatives and manage our online presence to maximize revenue and enhance customer satisfaction. You will lead a team focused on driving traffic, conversions, and overall growth in our e-commerce platform. Your role will be pivotal in shaping our online retail strategy and implementing best practices in digital marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and execution of digital advertising campaigns to drive traffic.
  • Utilize SEO best practices to enhance organic search rankings.
  • Manage and optimize PPC campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Coordinate with IT and development teams for website maintenance and improvements.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on e-commerce performance.
  • Mentor junior team members and facilitate professional development opportunities.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and creativity within the e-commerce team.
  • Build relationships with external vendors to source new tools and technologies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in E-commerce or Digital Marketing is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing roles
