User Experience Researcher

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate User Experience Researcher to join our dynamic team, dedicated to crafting exceptional user experiences. You will lead research initiatives to gather insights that inform design strategies.

Responsibilities

• Perform ethnographic studies to gain deep insights into user behavior.
• Synthesize research data into clear, visual reports for stakeholders.
• Work with developers to ensure design fidelity in implementation.
• Mentor junior UX researchers and interns.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to discuss user insights.
• Help define the metrics for success for user experience initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, UX Research, or related field
• Master's degree is an added advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design or research

• User Journey Mapping
• Survey Design

Certifications

• Certified Usability Analyst (CUA)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Front-end Development: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to facilitate collaboration with developers.
• Proven Track Record of Successful Projects: Demonstrable success in previous user experience projects.
