Job Description

Responsibilities

• Lead design reviews and provide constructive feedback to the team.
• Manage project budgets and resources effectively.
• Advise clients on the design process and materials used.
• Organize project documentation and maintain records.
• Implement client feedback and design adjustments as necessary.
• Stay updated with the latest architectural trends and technologies.
• Create presentations and proposals for client meetings.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or relevant field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in architectural roles with proven project success

Technical Skills

• SketchUp
• Building Information Modeling (BIM)

Soft Skills

• Attention to Detail
• Team Leadership

Certifications

• Accredited by the South African Council for the Architectural Profession (SACAP)
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in urban design and planning.: Background in regulated development processes.
• Proficient in various architectural styles.: Ability to adapt designs to cultural and environmental contexts.
