Job Description

As a Woodworking Machine Setter and Operator, you will be responsible for monitoring and controlling the lathe operations, ensuring that all processes meet strict quality standards. You will collaborate with a skilled team to enhance productivity and efficiency in our manufacturing line.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and adjust woodworking machines for optimal performance.
  • Inspect finished products for quality control and adherence to specifications.
  • Document production outputs and machine performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline production processes.
  • Implement best practices for machine operation and maintenance.
  • Participate in continuous training to enhance operational skills.
  • Support the implementation of new technologies and improvements in processes.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Mechanical Engineering diploma preferred
Experience
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.

Languages
  • English: Fluent
