Job Description

Join our team as a Public Health Specialist where you will play a critical role in crafting and executing public health strategies. You will work closely with government bodies and community organizations to identify health challenges and implement effective solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and advocate for health promotion activities.
  • Conduct community outreach to gather health-related feedback and concerns.
  • Participate in public health policy formation and implementation.
  • Advocate for tobacco use cessation and substance abuse prevention programs.
  • Evaluate community health needs and provide recommendations.
  • Coordinate with health officials to address health crises.
  • Support the development of educational resources for community health.
  • Work on improving access to healthcare services for underserved populations.
  • Facilitate workshops that educate the community about health risks.
  • Collaborate with teams to research the impact of health interventions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Health or related field
  • Master's degree in Public Health (MPH) is preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in public health or community health
