We are searching for a talented Interior Designer to join our vibrant team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a flair for creating beautiful and functional spaces, understanding client needs, and executing design projects from conception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead client consultations to gather design objectives and preferences.
• Draft comprehensive design proposals and project plans.
• Conduct site visits to assess space and provide design recommendations.
• Collaborate with architects and builders to integrate design elements.
• Deliver exceptional customer service through clear communication and updates.
• Generate creative solutions to any design challenges that may arise.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
• Master's degree or additional certifications are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience in interior design projects

Technical Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite
• Revit

Soft Skills

• Attention to Detail
• Problem-solving

Certifications

• Certified Interior Designer (CID)
• Autodesk Certified Professional

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in other design software: Experience with additional design tools like 3DS Max or Lumion.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations: Familiarity with Gauteng's building codes to ensure compliance.
