Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Consultant to join our team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT support and infrastructure management, particularly in server and network configurations. You will be responsible for maintaining system stability and ensuring optimal performance across various platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT infrastructure projects from concept to completion, ensuring technical accuracy.
• Monitor system performance metrics and optimize configurations as needed.
• Coordinate with external vendors for service contracts and support agreements.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and standards.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of system security.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Master's degree in IT is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure roles
