UX Designer

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a passionate UX Designer to join our Cape Town team. You will leverage your skills to enhance user experience across our digital products, ensuring they are intuitive and engaging.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops to gather input from stakeholders.
• Create interactive prototypes for user testing.
• Document design decisions and rationales for transparency.
• Mentor junior designers and provide feedback on their work.
• Collaborate with marketing to align user experience with branding.
• Participate in sprint planning and review meetings.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design

• Interaction Design

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of mobile-first design principles: Experience designing for mobile applications.
