Sustain Engineer

Job Description

Seeking a passionate Sustain Engineer to lead sustainability initiatives across our product lines. You will analyze current practices and implement new strategies to ensure compliance and enhance the sustainability of our engineering processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead sustainability initiatives and ensure alignment with corporate goals.
• Interface with cross-functional teams to promote sustainability practices.
• Review product designs to ensure environmental considerations are met.
• Analyze data related to sustainability performance and make improvement suggestions.
• Foster a culture of sustainability within the company.
• Conduct environmental impact assessments and propose mitigation strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in a sustainability-related discipline preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in a relevant position

• Sustainability Modeling Software
• Project Management

Certifications

• ISO 14001 Lead Auditor
• Six Sigma Green Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with ISO Standards: Knowledge of ISO 14001 and other relevant environmental standards.
• Proficiency in CAD Software: Experience with CAD software for design and analysis in sustainability projects.
