Job Description

As a Millwright, you will play a key role in ensuring optimal operational performance of our equipment and machinery. You will be responsible for mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting, ensuring that all systems operate efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on mechanical equipment.
• Assist in equipment installations and setup.
• Document repairs and maintenance actions taken.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on special projects.
• Facilitate effective communication with clients to enhance service delivery.
• Participate in root cause analysis for recurring issues.
• Assist in project management plans when required.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the workplace.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

Experience

• 3-5 years' experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment

Technical Skills

• Hydraulic systems
• PLC Programming

Soft Skills

• Analytical skills
• Team collaboration

Certifications

• Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Project management experience: Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Knowledge of CNC operations: Familiarity with CNC machinery would be advantageous.
