UX Designer

Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UX Designer who is passionate about crafting engaging user interfaces. In this role, you will utilize your skills in user testing and data analysis to inform design decisions and contribute to impactful digital products.

Responsibilities

• Lead user research and testing initiatives to drive design improvements.
• Produce wireframes, prototypes, and detailed specifications.
• Work alongside development teams to ensure design feasibility.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Evaluate user feedback to inform design choices.
• Maintain a consistent visual style across all application interfaces.
• Analyze user metrics and conduct A/B testing for continuous improvement.
• Facilitate workshops to gather stakeholder input on design goals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction or related field

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in UX design or a related field

Technical Skills

• User Interface Design
• Prototyping Tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma)

Certifications

• Certified Usability Analyst (CUA)

Languages
