UX Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate UX Designer to join our team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in creating user-centric designs, wireframes, and prototypes that drive outstanding user experiences. You’ll work closely with product managers and developers to translate user needs into functional and visually appealing interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Conduct competitive analysis to identify industry standards and opportunities for differentiation.
• Iterate designs based on testing results and stakeholder feedback.
• Gather and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to guide design solutions.
• Collaborate on the development of style guides and design systems.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met.
• Provide design support during the development phase to ensure design integrity.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction or related field
• Master's degree in a relevant discipline is a bonus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in UX design with a focus on mobile applications.
