We're searching for an enthusiastic Fitness Coach to enhance our client's fitness experience. In this role, you will develop fitness programmes tailored to individual needs, track their progress, and motivate them to reach their health aspirations.
Responsibilities
Assess clients' fitness levels and create tailored fitness plans.
Instruct clients on proper techniques for exercises and use of equipment.
Facilitate workshops on health topics such as nutrition and wellness.
Build strong relationships with clients to encourage retention and referrals.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fitness space and equipment.
Continuously seek personal development opportunities to enhance coaching skills.
Requirements
Education
Diploma in Personal Training or related field
Degree in Sports Science is an advantage.
Experience
3+ years of experience as a Fitness Coach in a gym or studio environment
