Responsibilities

  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations within the facility.
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives and measure outcomes.
  • Collaborate with IT to improve health information systems.
  • Organize patient education workshops.
  • Keep up-to-date with changes in healthcare laws and policies.
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff.
  • Manage patient feedback and implement solutions for improvement.
  • Facilitate team meetings and communicate organizational changes.
  • Support the development of marketing strategies for services.
  • Actively participate in professional development opportunities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Administration or related field
  • Master’s degree in a related field is advantageous
Experience
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a healthcare setting
