Responsibilities

• Conduct patient screenings and preventative health checks.
• Act as a patient advocate and health educator.
• Manage minor emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
• Coordinate patient care and follow-up appointments.
• Engage in community health initiatives.
• Document patient interactions and treatment outcomes.
• Participate in case reviews and team meetings.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Master's degree in Nursing or related field is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of nursing experience with a focus on family health
