Job Description

We are in search of a Quality Assurance Analyst with a keen eye for detail to join our Johannesburg team. This position involves testing software solutions to ensure they meet quality standards and are user-friendly. The ideal candidate will have experience in both manual and automated testing.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement testing strategies for different applications.
• Execute functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure clarity on acceptance criteria.
• Review and analyze system specifications to identify potential areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present test results and quality metrics to stakeholders.
• Assist in training new team members on testing processes and standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent
• Relevant certifications are preferred

Experience

• 4+ years in quality assurance testing

Technical Skills

• Automated Testing Tools
• API Testing

Certifications

• Quality Assurance Institute Certification
• Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
