We are seeking a knowledgeable Renewable Energy Consultant to join our team in Johannesburg. This role involves advising clients on sustainable energy solutions, assessing project feasibility, and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Advise on international best practices for renewable energy solutions.
• Take part in client meetings to present project findings and recommendations.
• Document project progress and maintain accurate records.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor project development.
• Train and mentor junior consultants on renewable technologies.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during project execution.
• Facilitate partnerships with external organizations and stakeholders.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Support marketing efforts by participating in industry conferences.
• Continuously seek professional development opportunities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's in Environmental Science or Engineering
• Master's in a related field is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience

Languages
