Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to evaluate their needs and aspirations
• Draft comprehensive designs using 3D modeling tools
• Select colors, materials, and furnishings in line with the vision
• Prepare and present design ideas to clients for feedback
• Liaise with builders and suppliers to realize the designs
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets the specifications
• Research current trends and innovations within the design industry
• Assist in maintaining project timelines and budgets
• Facilitate post-design evaluations to gain insights for future improvements
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in residential or commercial design projects

Technical Skills

• 3D Rendering
• Material Sourcing

Certifications

• LEED Accreditation
• Certified Green Designer

Languages

• English: Fluent
