Job Description

As a Registered Nurse at Healthcare Professionals Inc., you will play a vital role in delivering patient care and improving health outcomes. Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments of patient health status.
• Create and implement patient care strategies in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
• Administer intravenous therapies and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Direct and supervise junior nursing staff as required.
• Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all patients.
• Contribute to patient education initiatives and community outreach programs.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Nursing
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred

Experience

• 1+ years of experience in a clinical role, preferably in a hospital setting

Certifications

• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• Infection Control Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic

Advantageous

• Certification in Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support: Certification in BLS and ACLS is highly beneficial.
• Leadership Experience: Previous leadership or mentoring experience in nursing is advantageous.
