Join our manufacturing team as a Shear Grinder Operator Helper, working closely with the Shear Grinder Operator. Your role will involve assisting in the operation and maintenance of grinding machinery, ensuring efficient production processes.

Responsibilities

• Help set up grinding equipment and adjust settings as needed.
• Load metal pieces into the grinding machine for processing.
• Conduct quality checks and document results in the production log.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance on workstation equipment.
• Assist in inventory management of tools and materials.
• Participate in safety inspections and contribute to safety audits.
• Engage in team meetings to discuss production challenges and solutions.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Experience

• 1-2 years' experience in a manufacturing setting is an advantage

Technical Skills

• Operation of grinding machinery
• Knowledge of metalworking processes

Soft Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent
