Job Description

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and support to individuals and families.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Assist in diagnostic tests and procedures, as necessary.
• Conduct patient assessments to identify health issues and needs.
• Create and maintain patient records and documentation.
• Education and counselling to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize care delivery.
• Participate in training and mentoring of junior staff.
• Ensure adherence to healthcare standards and protocols.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements

Education

• Registered Nursing Diploma or degree
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of nursing experience in a hospital or clinic setting.
