Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and efficient feeding of packaging material into machinery.
• Conduct quality checks to maintain high standard outputs.
• Follow all operational procedures, policies, and protocols.
• Document machine performance and any anomalies observed.
• Help maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with team leaders to streamline workflows.
• Train and mentor new staff on machine operation and safety practices.
• Provide feedback to supervisors on process improvements.
• Participate actively in team-building activities.
• Contribute to achieving team production targets.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience working in a manufacturing or packaging industry is advantageous.
