Flight Attendant

Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to serve as Flight Attendants at Skyward Airlines, located in beautiful Cape Town. You'll play a key role in enhancing passenger satisfaction while maintaining safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers throughout the flight.
• Provide assistance with luggage and personal items.
• Engage with passengers to enhance their flight experience.
• Conduct post-flight duties to ensure the aircraft is ready for the next journey.
• Train and mentor new cabin crew members as needed.
• Participate in regular training sessions and safety drills.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
