Job Description

As a Cybersecurity Specialist, you will play a critical role in safeguarding our organization's information systems from cyber threats. You will work closely with various teams to design security protocols, monitor networks for security breaches, and respond to incidents promptly.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage security software and systems.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and promote remediation.
• Assist in compliance audits and risk management.
• Develop incident response plans to mitigate potential threats.
• Provide expert advice on cybersecurity trends and practices.
• Engage with external auditors during security evaluations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or Information Systems
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a cybersecurity role

• Malware Analysis
• Firewalls and VPNs

Certifications

• CompTIA Security+
• Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Certifications in Cloud Security: Such as AWS Certified Security Specialty or similar.
• Experience with DevSecOps practices: Ability to integrate security within DevOps processes.
