Job Description

We are on the hunt for an analytical and innovative Data Scientist to join our Gauteng team. The ideal candidate will leverage data analytics and machine learning techniques to extract valuable insights, driving the decision-making process.

Responsibilities

• Develop algorithms and models that leverage large data sets.
• Work closely with the engineering team to integrate analytics into production systems.
• Proactively identify opportunities for data-driven improvements.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Communicate findings in a clear and effective manner to stakeholders.
• Lead data projects from initial conception to final implementation.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts.
• Engage with external vendors to enhance data capabilities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Master's degree in Data Science is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in data analysis or data science positions
