• Create and implement tailored workout plans for clients.
• Assess client fitness levels and provide progress reports.
• Lead training sessions in a safe and motivating manner.
• Advise on nutrition, recovery, and effective exercise regimens.

• Ensure client satisfaction through regular feedback.
• Stay current with certifications and training techniques.

• Certificate in Personal Training or related field
• Degree in Sports Science is preferred
• Fitness Training Expertise in various training modalities and fitness programs.
• Nutrition Coaching Knowledgeable in nutrition principles and meal planning.
• Communication Exceptional ability to communicate and motivate clients.
• Teamwork Proven success in working collaboratively with others.
• Certified Personal Trainer (CPT)
• First Aid and CPR Certification
• English (Fluent)
• Afrikaans (Conversational)
