Job Description

As our IT Support Technician in Johannesburg, you will be responsible for a range of tasks including troubleshooting, managing user accounts, and ensuring the integrity of our IT systems. We are looking for someone with strong problem-solving skills and a customer service-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality technical support and customer service.
  • Setup and manage user accounts and permissions.
  • Monitor and maintain network performance and security.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues.
  • Maintain documentation of IT processes, policies, and user requests.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors for hardware repairs and services.
  • Support IT projects and initiatives as required.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or a related role
