Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Mixer Operator to efficiently operate and maintain mixing equipment, ensuring the accurate blending of materials for production. This role is vital to our manufacturing process and requires attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient operation of mixing equipment, adhering to safety and quality standards.
• Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients accurately according to production guidelines.
• Conduct routine maintenance of all mixing equipment to prevent breakdowns.
• Facilitate team communication to streamline production processes.
• Document all mixing operations thoroughly and accurately.
• Monitor ingredient inventory and report shortages promptly.
• Perform inspections on finished products to ensure they meet specifications.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Additional certification in food safety or hygiene is an asset

Experience

• Experience working in a regulated industry such as food production is preferred.
