We are on the lookout for a talented Cloud Engineer to join our Cape Town team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing cloud infrastructures that support our clients' digital transformations. You will work closely with our DevOps teams to optimize our cloud processes and ensure the highest level of service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of cloud platforms and possess a strong problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Execute cloud migrations and monitor their success.
• Provide technical guidance to teams on cloud services.
• Create disaster recovery strategies for cloud applications.
• Analyze and optimize cloud expenditures.
• Engage with clients to understand their cloud requirements.
• Lead cloud-related projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Relevant industry certifications preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in cloud solutions or engineering
